Voters are encouraged to Vote Absentee by Mail for the April 7th Spring Election.
Make a Request in Writing to Request an Absentee Ballot:
Myvote.wi.gov is a website that allows voters to search current voter registration information, update their name and address, request an absentee ballot, view sample ballots, find their polling location, and search for elected officials. Photo ID will be required. Most voters will need to upload a copy of their photo id.
Make a request via email. Request a ballot to be mailed to you by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Most voters will need to upload a copy of their photo id.
Make a request using the Absentee Ballot Request form. Mail to the Village Hall at PO Box 337, Germantown WI 53022. Include a copy of your photo id.
Voters may also send a letter to the Clerks Office Stating their name, address, election they want to receive a ballot for. Include a copy of your photo id.
If you are "indefinetely confined because of age, illness, infirmity or disability", you are exempted from the photo id law.
If you have voted absentee in the past and uploaded a photo id at that time, your photo id will be on file.
